“He’d walk up to the hallway, look at the bare wood, and just... turn around.”

“She refuses to let her feet touch the hardwood at all and really struggles to stand on it.”

“She manages to find all the bare hardwood in our house.”

Three dog owners on Reddit, word for word, September 2026.

No adhesive and no tape.

The back of every tile is a soft micro-grip layer that holds on smooth floors, then peels up clean when you want to wash a square or move the path.

Press it onto a clean, dry, smooth floor. It grips on contact.

Cut it with scissors to fit a doorway or a corner.
One navy tile going into a washing machine while the rest of the path stays down
Lift one square to wash it. The rest of the path stays down.
A single black tile rinsed under a kitchen tap
Rinse, dry flat, press it back. No residue, no marks.

Seven colours. Same tile, same grip.

Lay one colour, a checkerboard, or a stripe down the hallway. Mixed colours count together for bundle pricing.

Will they suit my floors?

They grip smooth sealed floors. The backing uses no glue, so it lifts clean with nothing left behind.

  • Vinyl plank floor in a kitchenVinyl plank and LVP

Not for carpet and rugs, raw or painted concrete, unsealed, oiled or waxed wood, or textured non-slip tile.

Before you order

How many tiles do I need?

Think about where they actually slip. Beside the bed is the most common spot (getting up from lying down), then the route to the water bowl. A 20-tile pack of 30 cm tiles or a 10-tile pack of 60 cm tiles makes a 60 cm wide path about 6 m long. See the size guide.

Do they stay put?

Yes. The backing holds to smooth floors under paws, vacuuming and robot vacuums, and lifts when you pull a corner. If a tile ever shifts, wipe the floor underneath and press it back down.

How do I clean them?

Vacuum as normal. For an accident, lift that one square, rinse or hand-wash it, let it dry flat and press it back. Tiles are built for a handful of washes, so keep a few spares for the squares that see the most use.

What if a tile gets wet or my dog has an accident?

Lift that tile, dry the floor and the tile, then press it back down. A wet tile on a smooth floor can slide, so do not leave it down damp.

Is it safe on hardwood?

On sealed hardwood, test one tile in a hidden spot for a few days before laying the whole path. Not for unfinished, oiled or waxed wood.

What if they do not work for my dog?

30-day returns. See our returns policy.
