45-day returns
If the tiles are not right for your dog or your floor, email hello@woofandmeow.co within 45 days of delivery and we will arrange a return or a replacement.
How it works
- Email us with your order number and a line about what went wrong.
- We reply within one business day with the next step.
- Once the return reaches us, the refund goes back to your original payment method.
Damaged or missing tiles
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we ship replacements at no cost. You do not need to return the damaged ones.
