If the tiles aren’t right for your dog or your floor, let us know within 30 days of delivery and we’ll arrange a return or replacement.
How it works

- Refunds go back to the original payment method once the return is received.
Damaged or missing tiles
Send a photo within 7 days of delivery and we’ll ship replacements at no cost — no need to return the damaged ones.
