Which tile size should I choose?
60 x 60 cm for paths and open floor — it covers four times the area of the small tile with a quarter of the seams. 30 x 30 cm for doorways, corners and cutting around furniture. See the size guide.
How many tiles do I need?
Think about where they actually slip. Beside the bed is the most common spot (getting up from lying down), then the route to the water bowl. A 20-tile pack of 30 cm tiles or a 10-tile pack of 60 cm tiles makes a 60 cm-wide path about 6 m long.
Will they suit my floors?
They grip smooth sealed floors: hardwood, laminate, vinyl plank, tile and polished stone. They are not for unsealed wood, raw or painted concrete, or carpet. The backing uses no glue, so it lifts clean with nothing left behind.
Do they stay put?
Yes — the backing holds to smooth floors under paws, vacuuming and robot vacuums, and lifts when you pull a corner. If a tile ever shifts, wipe the floor underneath and press it back down.
How do I clean them?
Vacuum as normal. For an accident, lift that one square, rinse or hand-wash it, let it dry flat and press it back. Tiles are built for a handful of washes, so keep a few spares for the squares that see the most use.
Can I cut them?
Yes, with household scissors. They don’t fray.
